Puddle Privacy Policy
Puddle is operated by SayMake, Inc. and is designed for parents, not for children to create their own accounts. We collect the minimum information needed to provide parent-directed development tools, do not sell family data, and publish clear ways to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
Children and family data
Parents control child profiles and consent choices. Puddle uses grade or age ranges rather than precise birthdates, does not collect child biometric templates, and minimizes identifiable information sent to AI subprocessors. Child-linked processing is limited to the scopes a parent authorizes.
Use, sharing, and retention
Information is used to provide requested profiles, plans, recommendations, account communications, and product operation. SayMake does not sell personal data or use child profiles for behavioral advertising. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role, and verified deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days.
